There are plenty of great TCs to choose from and we’d like to think that we are some of the best! We work as a team of TCs to support you and to support one another’s work, providing extra checks and balances so that nothing is missed.

Well, it depends. It is likely that there are 30 or more agents being managed by one or two In-House TCs. They are probably able to do the basic transaction work, but do not have the time to attend to your specific business needs. They likely are not able to handle real-time situations (you know...that fire drill that always seems to happen while you are with clients!!), or provide the highest level of customer service your clients deserve. If needed we can work with your In-House TC to make sure all your needs are met.
Yes! Yes! Yes! How busy is your assistant? REALLY busy, right??!! Their time is just as limited and valuable as yours! Using a TC can relieve your assistant of the administrative tasks that come with an executed PA. This frees up your assistant to focus their time on marketing, prospecting, pre-listings, client conversion, social media, sign-rider and brochure runs, previewing...do I need to go on??!!! We also have paired well with busy assistants to handle some of THEIR transaction overflow. During those busy market months (Hello, February through August!) we can take any number of contracts above what they are able to personally handle. We do not require a minimum number of files per month!

We work with agents and brokers in Virginia (NOVA), Maryland, District of Columbia and Florida! We have an understanding of the local disclosures required by most areas in the state and when we encounter a new city or county, we make sure to inquire about these local differences.
All we need to begin working with you and/or your team is the completed Agent Info Form with all your login credentials needed to access and process your files.
Once ratified, simply email us a copy of the ratified contract and contact information for your clients, settlement company and lender. This is most often and easily done by cc'ing us on your initial emails.
We are here for you the typical 8-5 work day Mo-Fr and monitor our emails evenings and weekends depending on your needs and the current transactions. We have great flexibility to vary our schedule to fit your schedule.
We complete tasks within 48 hours of the request, and usually much sooner than that. If there is an urgent request, please email us with 'Urgent' in the title of the email. Since we work as a team, if one team member is unavailable, someone else will typically be able to help.
We prefer to communicate via email as much as possible for two reasons:
1) to maintain agent involvement
2) to keep documentation of all communication
You are cc'd on all communication so you are never out of the loop!
That is up to you! In most cases our communication with your client is limited to outreach via email regarding documents, scheduling settlement and utilities information, but if you prefer us to be more hands-on, we can do that too.
We work to pair agents with coordinators as consistently as possible. We see the value in the whole team developing a strong and familiar working relationship!
This is probably the most asked question - and the most important! We know that it is your name and reputation is on the line (but ours, too!)! We use a highly structured project management system to set a timeline of all the administrative tasks that need to be performed. We know that it is hard to simply turn over the process, therefore, we communicate with you thoroughly and frequently so they know what to expect. You are cc'd on all communication so you are never out of the loop! We prefer to communicate via email as much as possible for two reasons: 1) to maintain agent involvement and 2) to keep documentation of all communication. After one or two times through a contract, you will feel confident in our process and reap the benefits of being able to "let go"!
We are trained in SkySlope, DotLoop, Command, DocuSign, Zipforms, and other brokerage-specific portals. We are always happy to learn a new system as needed.
